I have a trial code. How do I use it?
If you have a trial code, you will be asked to enter it when you provide your credit card details. Your free period will be automatically applied.
How do usage caps work?
These caps are applied to all new accounts as a safety precaution. This helps new users to avoid accidentally provisioning cloud resources they do not require. Changing usage limits is quick and easy.
How do I increase the resource quotas on my account?
We can increase or decrease quotas as you require. Please refer to our cloud pricing information, then simply raise a support ticket using our self-service portal stating the new limit that you need.
